Policies

Mission Statement:

The following standards for customer policies and procedure have been developed to clarify the schedule of charges which are in addition to the basic trip rate for ground transportation.

 

Payments & Surcharges:

  • Charges will reflect costs incurred while performing transportation services for reservations placed with Regal Limousines by the customer, its agents, and any individuals requesting transportation as an authorized employee of the customer.
  • Billed invoices that are not paid in accordance with the terms of the net pay will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Holidays:

  • New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve
  • Holiday list is subject to change.

 

Changes:

  • Changes may be requested for an existing reservation up to two hours before the scheduled pick-up time for in-state trips.
  • Out-of-state pick-ups require four hours notice for changes.
  • Changes with less than the posted notice time with be accommodated within the parameters of that day’s schedule and availability.

 

Cancellation:

  • A cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost, including gratuity, will be charged for any cancellation that is made less than two hours before the schedule pick up time within the primary service area for sedans and SUV trips.
  • All reservations outside of the primary service area require a cancellation of four hours notice.  This includes JFK Airport, LaGuardia Airport, New York City and Philadelphia.
  • Specialty vehicles including, but not limited to,  stretch limousines, vans, or buses require a minimum of 24 hour notice for cancellations; larger coach buses require a minimum of 48 hours.

 

No Show:

  • When a passenger fails to show at the designated location for which a reservation has been made, a No-Show Fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time, tolls, parking, surcharges, and gratuity will be charged.
  • Additionally, if the passenger leaves the airport without calling our office, a No-Show Fee will be charged.

 

Deposits & Contracts:

  • A deposit of $200 is required for wedding and prom reservations.  All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • A wedding and/or prom contract, including a damage waiver, is to be signed before the time of the trip.

 

Meeting Your Driver:

  • You will receive emailed alerts with your driver’s name and number when he/she is en route and on location.
  • Domestic Arrivals:  Bottom of the escalator or Baggage Claim area, will be holding a labeled Regal sign
  • International Arrivals:  Outside of Customs, will be holding a labeled Regal sign
  • Call our office if you do not see your driver.

 

Reservations:

  • Reservations may be booked 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
